Shipping policy

We currently ship to the following countries: USA, Australia, Singapore, and Hong Kong.  With exception of estimated delivery times, standard shipping policy is the same for all destinations.

Our standard shipping is FREE for all orders of any size.  You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order is processed and sent, within 1-2 working days from your order date. Standard delivery times are (working days):

When we are out of stock for the ordered items in your country, but the items are still available at our other locations outside of your country, we may ship all or part of your order by international courier or registered mail. Your order may be split for shipping and sent from either one, or a combination of our facilities in the UK, Singapore or Hong Kong at no additional cost to you. Our standard delivery times already reflect this possibility.

Covid-19 Update: please be aware that at this time international deliveries are still subject to occasional delays which may be unpredictable and hard to foresee. Whilst all effort will be made to expedite the process from our side, we ask for your understanding if your order is delayed.

Export/Import Duties and Taxes

Your order / invoice reflects the final total price you are paying, inclusive of all charges. Orders fulfilled in part or in full via international package delivery will have no additional duties or taxes chargeable to you. If the rules change, or if, for other reasons unknown, local customs authorities impose additional costs on your package, we will refund this cost to you.
